Project Management Overview

This course is an introduction to project management, the roles and responsibilities of the project manager and project team, and project methodologies, including Traditional/Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.

Students will learn what happens at each stage of the project life cycle and will explore the importance of tailoring to fit their own project context.
