Grounded in the knowledge, terminology, and professional mindset required to lead successful projects, this course introduces key project management frameworks.
Learners will examine the project manager’s role, responsibilities, and methodologies across a project’s lifecycle, preparing them to lead projects with confidence.
Special topics include the evolution of the PMBOK, how organizations govern projects, tailoring projects to fit unique contexts, core leadership principles, and the role of AI and emerging tools in project management.
At the end of this course, learners will select a project to carry out throughout all courses of the certificate program.
