Neuropsychology
Neuropsychology is the study of brain-behavior relationships, with a primary goal to assess and interpret the relationship between central nervous system functioning, cognition, emotion and behavior, and then apply this knowledge to individualized interventions.
The field and practice of neuropsychology has grown rapidly, providing aid in diagnosis and treatment of known or suspected central nervous system dysfunction.
This course will provide an introduction to the theory and practice of clinical neuropsychology by utilizing a syndrome-based approach.
