Behavior Change Workshop
Absolutely everyone faces challenges with motivation and self-control—this is part of being human.
This intensive weekend course is designed to help students apply the science of goals, motivation, and self-control to a personal goal.
Students are asked to choose one behavior change challenge to target over the course of two weeks (and hopefully beyond), using empirically-supported methods.
This course brings together insights from psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to identify how we can break old habits and forge new ones, resist urges, and pursue valued changes in our lives.
