Optimizing Leadership: Applied Strategies

This intensive, on-campus weekend course focuses on overcoming challenges by leading from the middle and the top.

Students are trained in multiple subject matter areas including thinking and acting systematically, resiliency, communication, influence, learning agility, and self awareness, based on research developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

Students are also engaged in class and group breakout sessions to immediately practice and use skills learned during the course, and have access to world-class speakers and practitioners on the topics of the sessions.
