Topics include communication, motivation, perception, personality, difficult employees, career engagement, change management, traits and characteristics, and talent management.

Conceptual frameworks, case discussions, and skill-oriented activities are applied to each topic.

Class sessions and assignments are intended to help participants acquire the skills that new and frontline managers need to improve leadership skills, team relationships, and performance.
