Navigating Midlife for Women: Reinvent, Rediscover, Relaunch

After 40, many women find themselves asking: Is this all there is? Midlife can feel disorienting, with career shifts, changing relationships, evolving identity, and the realities of perimenopause and menopause.

Yet, midlife is an opportunity, not a crisis.

Designed for women over 40, this six-week course helps you assess where you are, clarify what matters most, and move forward with intention.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, we’ll explore values, mindset, relationships, health, and financial priorities—helping you define your "new why," release what no longer serves you, and create a thoughtful plan for your next chapter.

You don't need every detail figured out.

In a society that expects women to put everyone else first, taking time to focus on yourself can feel radical, even selfish.

It isn't.

You need clarity, a little courage, and the willingness to experiment, stumble, and try again.

This course gives you the roadmap and the permission to begin.

While this course focuses on addressing challenges women commonly face, the course is open to everyone, and the techniques and strategies taught will have broad application.
