Well-Being from the Inside Out: Working Toward a Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind, and Joyful Heart
This course explores how to enhance our state of well-being.
We look at what it means to be in a state of health and what it takes to move beyond that into well-being and thriving.
The course focuses on the research that helps us understand how to keep our bodies healthy, our minds peaceful, and our hearts joyful.
We examine both the science and the art of well-being.
Our own experiences help to formulate our own inner wisdom and we work to draw that out in this course as we search for the meaning of well-being.
