Introduction to Event Safety

This course provides an overview of event safety, serving as the foundation for the Event Safety Certificate Program.

It is designed to introduce students to key concepts and practices in event safety planning and management, with a focus on terminology, stakeholder identification, risk management, and the hierarchy of controls.

Students will be introduced to how to identify and manage risks in live event scenarios, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safe event production.
