Instructional Design Portfolio Prerequisite: All 4 Core Courses | 10 Weeks As you complete the UC San Diego Instructional Design Certificate, the Instructional Design Portfolio course gives you the opportunity to synthesize your learning and present your work in a professional, career-ready format.
You’ll develop a personalized portfolio that reflects not only your technical abilities but also your educational philosophy, design vision, and readiness to contribute in real-world roles.
Course Details Through guided reflection and hands-on work, you’ll refine key projects developed throughout the certificate.
You’ll also have the chance to expand these projects into polished samples—customized learning tools, curated curricula, multimedia presentations, prototypes, and thoughtfully structured lesson plans—that demonstrate your instructional design process from start to finish.
