Mentor Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)

The Mentor Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) introduces Site-based Mentors to the UC San Diego DES Induction program and its requirements to inform their Mentor role as their Candidate(s) creates an ILP that will work to guide and document professional growth through the program duration.

Mentors will support Candidates through self-assessment, reflection, and observation as they focus on the ILP goals aligned to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) to support outcomes to practice and refine teaching practices.

The course will also include mentoring/coaching professional development and professional readings.
