Strengths-Based Leadership: Increase Your Impact and Thrive

What happens when we focus on what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them? This question inspired decades of research and the CliftonStrengths assessment, which measures natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

Gallup research shows that people who use their strengths daily are six times more likely to be engaged at work and three times more likely to report an excellent quality of life.

In this course, we will explore leadership and impact through a strengths-based lens.

We’ll begin by interpreting your CliftonStrengths results: What do they reveal about how you strategize, influence, build relationships, and get things done? You’ll learn to articulate how you naturally achieve success and apply that knowledge intentionally.

Whether you want to hone your management style, switch careers, or communicate more effectively, you’ll create a personalized action plan—through group exercises, coaching, and weekly intentions—and gain the confidence to lead from your strengths.
