Agile Power Practices

This course provides an overview of the tools used in Agile project management methods.

Program and project managers who need to understand the balance and necessity of organizational stability and agility as they lead teams will learn to practice Interactive, Lean, and Agile methods.

Commonly used terms will be explained, and participants will dive deeper into the most common practices.

Understanding organizational stability and agility is an essential skill for all project managers.

Agile Project Management continues to grow in popularity in all sectors of the worldwide economy because of the many best practices available for both Agile Project Management and Product Development.

These practices are critical in helping today's project managers 'tailor' the communication, collaboration, and efficiency of the project team and processes and add business value in the form of rapid and accurate delivery of features and their components to the customer.

This course provides 30 education hours applicable toward Professional Development Units (PDUs).
