Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)

The Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) introduces Candidates to the UC San Diego DES Induction program and its requirements to inform their creation of an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) that guides professional growth through the program duration.

As a living document, the ILP is developed and refined over the course of the Induction program based on reflective teaching practice aligned to CSTP; guidance from mentors and instructors; and feedback from peers within the program and at the school site.

Candidates will focus on the ILP goals aligned to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) to support outcomes to practice and refine teaching practices.
