Your Next Life Chapter: A Design Thinking and Behavioral Science–Based Approach
Many of us strive to improve key aspects of our lives—whether in our work, health, relationships, community, leisure, or spirituality.
This course will help you identify the areas that matter most and develop a focused plan for transformation.
We will explore what behavioral science research reveals about the meaning of life, mindsets, vulnerability, and habits, and how to apply these insights to our own lives.
You will apply design thinking, engage in deep reflection, and collaborate with fellow students to broaden perspectives and stimulate creativity.
We'll also utilize AI as a thought partner.
Your plan will establish clear, measurable goals, identify resources to draw on, and prepare for potential barriers.
You will complete your plan by the end of the fourth session and take action steps immediately after that.
In the fifth session, you will reflect on your progress, refine your action plan, and be ready to launch a new chapter in your life.
Students will be assigned two hours of homework each week.
Before the course begins, students will need to complete a three-hour reading and writing assignment.
