Administration of Early Childhood Education Programs

This course supports the development of leaders who effectively oversee financial and operational aspects of early childhood programs, aligning with best practices and upholding integrity.

Students will learn practical systems for budgeting, facilities management, time and task organization, strategic planning, and marketing.

Emphasis is placed on ethical financial decision-making, data-informed leadership, and aligning operational systems with the values of quality and equity.

The PAS and NAEYC Program Standards serve as a framework for continuous improvement in this course.
