Discovery Principles

This course is designed to provide the paralegal with mastery of the fundamental tools and skills involved in discovery practice in both California and federal courts.

You will explore the role of discovery in litigation, as well as understand the statutes governing discovery practice.

In this course, you will be provided with a case study from which you will prepare for a deposition, as well as prepare for and respond to requests for admission, interrogatories, and requests for inspection of documents.
