Requirements, ConOps and Systems Engineering Management
This course provides in depth description of concept of operations (ConOPs), its content, development and execution with primary focus on customer requirements and objectives as well as other stakeholders.
The ConOps describe the system characteristics from an operational perspective during its life-cycle and helps facilitate an understanding of the system goals and objectives and customer and other stakeholder expectations.
In this course you also learn how to analyze requirements, differentiate primary and derived requirements, differentiate requirements from nice to have features and objectives, how to map requirements to tangible product features, and tools to help you capture and trace requirements.
It also covers product and program management, technical management, trade off studies, risk and opportunity assessment/management, requirement management, interface management, configuration management and technical data management.
