Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a globally recognized methodology for optimizing processes, improving quality, and driving cost reductions.

Through advanced tools, techniques, and principles, LSS practitioners deliver measurable business impact.

Similar to karate, Lean Six Sigma uses belt colors to represent expertise.

No prior training required —this program includes the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum! This program prepares you to: Lead and manage complex improvement initiatives.

Foster continuous improvement while mentoring Green Belts and teams.

Program Highlights Our comprehensive curriculum develops Green and Black Belt practitioners, combining practical tools with management techniques.

Participants gain expertise in project management, team leadership, and change management while driving tangible results.

Learn the established LSS body of knowledge and master the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) process.

Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship from a Master Black Belt, who will help you to apply the tools and drastically improve a real business process.

Save a minimum of $100k via your project (projected annually).

Participants must apply their learning to a real-world project and workplace projects are reqiuired.

If a project is not available, candidates must contact the Program Manager to explore project opportunities.

Earn a Specialized Certificate in (LSS) Green & Black Belt.

Curriculum is aligned with the American Society for Quality (ASQ's) Body of Knowledge, providing the education needed to prepare for the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSB).

Training covers areas of competency in ASQ's Manager of Quality (CMQ), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications.

Project Managers can earn PDU's through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and maintain PMP certification. 🎥 Meet the Experts Behind the Program! Certificate at a Glance Duration: 5 months Total units: 9.0 Total Instructional Hours: 90hrs broken down as follows: Live Online Instruction: 45 hrs (hosted via Zoom) Complete On Your Schedule: 40+ hrrs, recorded lectures, assignments, discussion boards and case studies.

One-on-one project coaching and support with LSS Master Black Belt.

Tuition is $5,595, and this includes: Live weekly lectures, hands-on and collaborative One-on-one project coaching from Master Black Belt Instructor Application and Certificate Processing Fee.

Digital access to learning materials Project Sign-Off Custom, easy to understand, electronic files to conduct statistcal portions No Interest Payment Plan Our no-interest payment plan makes tuition more manageable by dividing it into convenient monthly payments.

An initial payment is required for registration processing, with subsequent payments due on the 15th of each month.
