All K-12 Dual Language teachers need to be aware of how a Dual Language program works, how each language is developed, and why they are beneficial to student learning and growth.
Dual Language teachers need to understand how bilingualism/biliteracy relates to their classroom, subject areas, and the real world.
Topics in this course include bilingualism/biliteracy, high achievement in both program languages, and sociocultural competence.
