K-12 Pedagogy for Teachers
Participating teachers will be required to grow and improve in their ability to reflect upon and apply the CSTPs while exploring the specific pedagogical skills for subject matter instruction.
Participants will utilize the adopted academic content standards and performance levels for students, curriculum frameworks, and instructional materials in the context of teaching assignments.
Topics include the use and interpretation of student assessment data; summative assessments of student academic performance to inform instruction; planning and differentiation; academic language and literacy and diverse learning needs for the full range of learners.
