High School: Astrobiology

The UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies offers an engaging High School: Astrobiology course as part of its General Studies curriculum.

This program introduces students to the interdisciplinary study of life in the universe, combining elements of biology, astronomy, and planetary science.

Participants will examine the origins of life, habitable environments, and the search for extraterrestrial life, developing critical thinking and scientific inquiry skills essential for academic success.
