This course covers the economic foundations of real estate value, as well as location theory; the economics of spatial patterns--the forces that shape cities and influence the real estate industry and land uses; and theories of growth and decay of local areas, cities and regions.

Other topics include real estate cycles, business fluctuations and identification of specific urban land use and land values.
