Introduction to Creative Photography

This hands-on introductory course helps beginning and hobbyist photographers move beyond automatic camera settings to gain confidence and creative control.

Students learn essential camera functions, exposure fundamentals, and core composition techniques while developing an understanding of how light shapes photographic images.

Through guided shooting exercises and practical demonstrations, participants explore manual and semi-manual camera modes, depth of field, motion control, and basic image editing using Adobe Lightroom.

The course emphasizes seeing intentionally, making creative choices, and building a strong technical foundation.
