Beginning Gentle Yoga

This is a slow meditative course, intended for those with little or no yoga experience, or those with physical limitations.

In this course, we practice breathing techniques, chair yoga, and gentle vinyasa yoga, in which participants perform flowing asanas on the mat, enhancing flexibility and strength.

We end each session with a deeply restorative Savasana, accompanied by the tranquil sounds of a sound bath, facilitating a profound sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

This course is intended for those looking to find balance and peace through an integrated approach to wellness, welcoming participants of all ages, body types and abilities.

Students must bring their own mats and sign a waiver before participating.
