Innovating with Generative Artificial Intelligence for Leaders and Managers

This course provides current and future leaders and managers with practical knowledge and strategic insights to become first movers in generative artificial intelligence (GAI) innovation at three essential levels: as individual contributors, team managers, and organizational leaders.

The insights and skills gained help differentiate students professionally, providing valuable expertise in one of today's most sought-after domains and preparing them to reimagine processes and organizations for the GAI era.

GAI is a general purpose technology (that is, a versatile innovation with broad economic impacts and extensive spillover effects, similar to historical transformations driven by electricity and computing).

Achieving GAI's full potential requires significant innovation in work processes and management practices, a transformation that is just beginning.

Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, students explore foundational concepts, examine diverse business applications, and evaluate the strategic, ethical, and operational implications of deploying GAI.

A core component of this course involves developing a no-code GAI application to address a specific business challenge or opportunity.

This is a hands-on course, and we actively use GAI in every class session.
