ENSC S-106
Problem Solving and Project Design
In this course, students work on real-world problems that do not have obvious solutions.
As part of a project team, students are matched with a client that has a difficult challenge.
The project team analyzes the challenge in the context of broader systems and designs a solution to present to the client at the end of the course.
The course provides students with the ability to understand how an entire system works; how an action, change, or malfunction in one part of the system affects the rest of the system; and how a big-picture perspective can be adopted to assist in problem solving.
