Business Solution Development and Delivery

<p>Master the ability to identify a business need using enterprise and requirements analysis, which lets you refine and clarify the definition of that need and define a solution scope that can be feasibly implemented by the business.

You learn how enterprise analysis describes problem definition and analysis, business case development, feasibility studies and the definition of solution scope.

You also study how requirements analysis explains how business analysts prioritize stakeholder and solution requirements to better implement solutions.
